Art: 3003 - Baby Diapers

First grade European manufacturing baby disposable diapers, packaged loosely in cartons, and second grade of same product, packaged in compressed bales, available for mixed load with rate 50/50. All diapers are with breathable textile printed backsheet, soft double leg cuffs and delicate elastic barriers for leakage protection. The frontal tape is Velcro and the diaper’s closures are stretchable and re-positionable. The absorbent core is made of Chlorine – free fluff pulp and SAP.

Diaper features:
- Available on size Midi (4-9 kg), Maxi (8-18 kg) and Junior (12-25 kg)
- Size Midi measures: length 420 mm, weight 44 gr, SAP 9 gr
- Size Maxi measures: length 470 mm, weight 48 gr, SAP 11 gr
- Size Junior measures: length 500 mm,weight 52 gr, SAP 13 gr

- Packaging: first grade is loosely in carton, second grade is in compressed bales
- Loading rate: 50% compressed bales and 50% cartons

Second grade baby disposable diapers with soft non woven printed backsheet and extremely comfortable anatomic shape. The diapers have Velcro frontal tape and elastic lateral tapes, double elasticized leakage protection and wide elastic band on the back.Available on size Newborn /2-5kg/, Mini /3-6kg/, Midi/4-9kg/, Maxi /9-18kg/, Junior /11-25kg/ and Junior Plus /over 25kg/.

Details:
- Packaging: compressed bales
- The diapers are sorted by size inside the bales
- Bale weight: about 150kg
- In 1kg there goes about 25 diapers
- 1 pallet has 3 bales
- Scrap rate: about 20% with approximately 10% repairable
- In a 40HQ container we load approximately 12500kg
